Hire Our Hall
Why not use our brand new hall for your event?
Our new hall is available for bookings outside of our Unit activities
Our newly built hall is situated behind Alderbury School in Pinckney Lane, (SP5 3GB) and is in a central location in the village. This makes it an ideal place to host your event, whether it’s a birthday party, group meeting, talk or regular class. As long as your event isn’t at the same time as one of our unit meetings or events we have availability for outside events to use our hall.
Our hall has a fully equipped kitchen and heating for colder days. Tables and chairs are also available for use. We accept bookings for events of up to 50 people.
If you are interested in hiring our hall, please follow the steps below to check availability and fill out the booking forms.
First fill out the form below to check availability on the dates you requires, mention a couple of alternatives dates and we can confirm which is best.
Once we have confirmed availability for your dates, download the booking form below, fill it in and return the signed slips to the address on the form to confirm your booking and agreement of the safety policies.

- We meet every week on Monday evenings during term time.
- Meetings are an hour and a half from 5.00pm - 6.30pm
